You should measure both feet (as most people have one foot larger than the other), and at the end of the day (as they are usually slightly larger). They combine comfort with the ease of three velcro straps (with reflective endings) for convenient fastening and width adjustment.

LAST
HIKER :: Hiker is one of our popular children's last for shoes and boots. Hiker has extra depth for foot orthotics and good grip for the heel. This last is spacious and comfortable. Hiker last also manages to maintain a good and normal design. The Hiker last is a J width. Hiker last matches to Hiker Orthotic last.
UPPER
COATED SPLIT :: Coated split is a leather that has been specifically treated to prevent the entry of water.
PIG VELOUR :: Firm, stable and durable leather. Smooth and velvety surface. Good water and stain resistance.
TEXTILE :: Textile is breathable and lightweight, and can be made of natural or synthetic materials.
LINING
FELT :: Felt is made of wool or fur fibres, matted together and rolled flat.
This adjustment inlay is used to regulate the interior volume of the shoe. Some footwear requires more volume than usual to accommodate correctional foot orthotics.
VELCRO STRAP WITH RETURN
This feature adds functionality to the Velcro® strap by returning it through a metallic loop. This loop acts as a pulley system, absorbing force in friction around the tight bend, resulting in reinforced closure and optimised adjustment.
PATENTED ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR VELCRO WITH RETURN
This patented system, developed by Klaveness, is available in a wide range of stock footwear and can be used in orthopaedic styles.
To broaden the extension of adjustment, we offer extra-long cuttable Velcro straps. After setting the desired length, the unused part of the strap must be cut off, resulting in nicely finished ending seams.
CLICK TO SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Insert the wooden stick in the "adjustment tunnel".
Push and pull the strap until adjusted to the desired length.
Test the adjustment by placing the strap in place. Remove the stick.
Cut off the excess Velcro.
It's ready to use!
If, by accident, the strap goes out of the "adjustment tunnel":
Attach the stick to the rough side of the Velcro.
Insert the strap into the "adjustment tunnel" using the wooden stick as a guide and pull it back in.
BELLOWS TONGUE
A Bellows Tongue is a large folding tongue permanently attached to the top and sides of the shoe upper. It protects from snow, water, and sand while increasing insulation.
WATERPROOF
Footwear with this feature includes a W-tex water-repellent membrane, which enhances its resistance to water and ensures that feet stay dry and comfortable in wet or icy conditions.

Vibram is an Italian-based company that has designed high-performance soles with unmatched durability, stability and slip resistance.
